WORKSHOPS 2026
READY TO SHOOT 2h
(bENDY) POSES COMBO
WORKSHOP
w/minnie
This workshop is designed to prepare you for a sunrise photoshoot. We will explore a wide range of shapes and transitions to help you discover what works best for your body and your style.
Throughout the session, you will be guided through different ideas and variations, with space to adapt and personalize movements so they feel natural and powerful on you.
Whether your goal is to experiment with more advanced moves or to refine and perfect simple, effective positions for the camera, this class will support your process. We will also take time to respond to individual requests, depending on participants’ needs, ensuring that everyone leaves with material they feel confident bringing to life at the shoot.
This workshop is open to everyone and is designed to spark inspiration—both from the creativity of others and from your own movement.

THE BOA METHOD 1.5h
CHOREO W/ PLEASERS
WORKSHOP
W/Alix
This is a heels choreography class inspired by Alix's unique dance style, known as the Boa Method.
The choreography, influenced by this method, embodies a fusion of sinuous, serpent-like motions and intricate body articulations, accented with sudden bursts of swift, sharp movements.
This class will focus on musicality, heels technique, and unique transitions. It is designed for intermediate dancers with experience in heels choreography and tricks.
Don’t forget your heels and knee pads!
2
BACKBEND FLEXIBILITY
BRIDGE & SCORPIO
2h WORKSHOP
W/Minnie
This floor-based workshop focuses on building the strength, mobility, and understanding required for scorpion handstand shape.
The session begins with a targeted warm-up designed to open the entire spine, followed by specific drills to develop safe and effective backbending.
Participants will explore a combination of mobility work, as well as both passive and active flexibility, while learning how to properly engage the muscles needed to support these positions.
We will also work on balance principles to help you find control and stability in the position. This class is technical in its approach, offering clear foundations on where to begin and what to focus on in your training.
At the same time, the session is guided in a calm and supportive atmosphere, encouraging you to connect with your body and move with ease.
Modifications will be provided to accommodate different levels, making the workshop accessible.

BREATHE WORK w/CECILIA
& GUIDED CLOSING CIRCLE w/MARGAUX
30 mins & 1h
Join Cici for a moment to unwind and meditate by the lake to start the last day on the right foot.
Wrap up the adventure with Margaux's closing circle. She will offer a guided gentle movement body scan to be in one's body to wrap up.
Her closing circle is based in somatic practices and Gaga movement. This workshop is an invitation to reflect out loud in the group after fully embodying the adventure in movement. In a circle, after a body scan in movement session you'll get to share your highlights, your next steps and goals!
