Volunteer form

for the Halloween Pole Show

THANK YOU for joining the adventure!

The Halloween Pole Show wouldn’t be possible without the energy, heart, and dedication of people like you!

By volunteering your time, you're not only helping us bring this magical experience to life — you're becoming part of the show’s story.

As a thank you, you’ll get to experience the entire event free of charge — and witness some of the most unique, powerful pole performances ✨

We’re so excited to have you with us.

Let’s make this year unforgettable. 🖤

Availability (Required, Single Choice)
Important Volunteer Information
  • Role assignment: Our stage manager will assign roles based on your availability, physical capacity, experience and the production’s needs.

  • Truss team: We need eight volunteers to help install and dismantle the truss system. This is a physically demanding role involving lifting and carrying equipment. As long as you are comfortable lifting weights you will be fine.

  • Role flexibility: Your assigned role may change on event day depending on the production’s evolving needs.

  • Clothing:

Please wear comfortable black clothing and closed-toe shoes.

Pole kittens will be able to wear an outfit that matches the theme. We will also have a way for our audience members to know you are on the volunteer team (bracelet or something; this will be precised closer to the date.)

  • Setup priority: Our goal is to complete the installation as safely, quickly and efficiently as possible. This will allow us to hold one brief pre-show run-through with music and lighting.

  • Breaks: Once your assigned tasks are completed, you may rest as needed while remaining available if additional help is required until your timeslot is over.

  • Show seating: Volunteers may watch the show once their tasks are complete. However, there are no assigned volunteer seats—seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Food: Snacks and water will be available throughout the day. In the evening, volunteers and performers will receive sandwiches prepared by Farine & Vanille, with meat and vegetarian options available.

  • Dietary needs: Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies on the volunteer form. We will do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • Commitment: By registering as a volunteer, we expect you to be present for your confirmed shift. If you can no longer attend, please notify us as far in advance as possible.

  • Communication: Closer to the event, we will create a volunteer WhatsApp group managed by our stage manager, JosĂ©e. Important instructions and event-day updates will be shared there.

  • Personal belongings: Belongings may be left in the changing room, but we cannot guarantee their security. Please bring only what you need and avoid bringing valuables.
